Discretion is part of our hospitality. Guests share personal details with us so we can look after them well, and we treat that trust with the same care we give every other part of their stay. This statement explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Some of our technology providers may store information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to the standard of the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Marketing and your choices
We'll only send you news from the Lodge if you have agreed to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. You will still receive messages about your reservation.
7. Photography and security cameras
For safety, we use security cameras in shared areas of the Lodge, never inside lodges. We will never use images of you in our marketing without your express permission.
8. Our website
Our website uses cookies to function well and to help us understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
9. Keeping your information secure
Your information is held in secure systems, and access is limited to team members who need it. Card payments are processed through accredited payment providers, and we never store full card details on paper or send them by email.
10. How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for your stay, our records and our legal obligations. After that, we securely delete it or de-identify it.
11. Accessing or correcting your information
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. There is no charge for making a request, and we will respond within 30 days.
12. If something goes wrong
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
