Day One: Arrival - Midday
Greeted on arrival, shown to your suite, and invited to join us for lunch at The Hawkesbury.

Lodge Tour — Art, Wildlife & Stories
Day One: Afternoon
A guided tour of the property taking in John Singleton's art collection, the wildlife of the estate, and the passion for travel that shaped The Grand Saddles Lodge. The afternoon closes with canapés around the fire.

Day One: Evening
Cocktails in Ned's around the piano to begin the evening, before moving across at your leisure to a daily-changing five-course dinner.

Breakfast at Saddles & Oyster Farm Tour
Day Two: Morning
Fuel up at Saddles Mount White before heading out for a guided oyster farm tour — waders on, sampling straight from the water. Return to The Grand Saddles Lodge for lunch at The Hawkesbury.

Running of the Horses, Glenworth Valley
Day Two: Late Afternoon
Travel to Glenworth Valley for the enthralling running of the horses, before returning to Ned's to transition into the evening with cocktails around the piano.

Lawn Yoga & Poolside Refresh
Day Three: Morning
A morning yoga session on the grass to round out a couple of days of new experiences and new friends. Afterwards, join us poolside for smoothies and house-made protein bars, or head to The Homestead for breakfast.
